IntroductionPaul is the current Head Coach of the National Australian Paralympic Football Team and has been in this position since 2007. Paul currently holds a Football Federation Australia Senior Instructor’s Licence, Level 3 NCAS Coaching Certificate and an internationally recognised UEFA B Licence. Paul also has a Masters in Physical Education and Sport, and a Bachelor or Human Movement. In 2002 Paul was awarded the Neil Donahue Award for Human Movement Studies by Charles Sturt University, and was nominated for Coach of the Year by the Western District Sports Association. As Head Coach of the Australian Paralympic team Paul was successful in guiding the squad to success in the 2006 Fespic Games, where they won the silver medal and qualified for 2007 Football World Championships in Brazil. In 2009 Paul guided the Australian National Paralympic Football Team to a Silver Medal at the Northern Territories own ARAFURA Games. At the 2009 International Championships in Holland he also guided the National Paralympic Football Squad to qualify for the World Championships to be held in Holland in 2011.
