Introduction	I’m from Saipan currently holding my umbrella up in Seattle, trying to shine. I'm an island girl with a tendency to point out simple truths and random facts. I Google everything including myself on a regular basis. I struggle with spelling and blame technology for automatically correcting me for years. I suffer from "Selective OCD." I might have made up this term and quite derminedly diagnosed myself as an explanation as to why I freak over which way my clothes hang in the closet but not that the closet itself is a mess. I have a 5-year-old son who is the beginning and end of everything important to me. I find myself negotiating with him and wonder how kids can get so smart in so little time.
