| Introduction | My name is Sarah Jones and I’m the chief cake lady at Especially Delicious. I have loved baking since childhood, so when I was medically diagnosed as having to live on a gluten free diet I started to experiment creating gluten free goodies. Testing them on my friends and family they were amazed the cakes were gluten and wheat free; so yummy they couldn’t tell the difference! Especially Delicious was then born in 2004. We bake all our cakes in a dedicated gluten and wheat free kitchen so no chance of cross contamination and all our cakes are made with lots of love and care to ensure you get the perfect cake for your party. We are based in Wimbledon, South West London and can deliver nationwide. When I'm not involved in cakeyness I enjoy relaxing with husband and visiting my family in South Cheshire. |
