| Introduction | Thank you for coming over to check out my blog. Jay is 5 years old and was diagnosed with Autism in September 2017. I’m Cheryl, Jays Mum, friend and defender I am 26 and have two children Jay and Emily. This blog was an idea I had to document Jay journey with Autism, and as me his mother copes with everything that comes with it! I wanted to put everything down in writing, so other people going through the same thing knows they are not alone. Our ups, downs and everything in between I will be writing about. This thing Autism was new to me and my world. Being a youngish Mum, not knowing anyone with autism meant that I’ve had to learn everything from scratch, learn how to fight the battles and be the best advocate I can be for my son!
