| Introduction | How cliché? I'm a year before the top of the hill and finding myself in need of change. I have so much to be thankful for in my life; my love, my family, my friends and my aspirations... but at the same time I continue to struggle with letting go of the past. A big part of that (if you pardon the pun) is me... or the extra 40 lbs of me. In order for me to completely embrace my future, I have to embark on this journey to mirror my internal views of myself with my external view I finally see... I'm petrified of failing, but committed to succeeding at the same time |
