| Introduction | In 1994 Debbie founded Evolution Management, Inc. as a result of her passion to assist business leaders transitioning their organizations through change. Her energy for aligning people and processes has resulted in working with organizations of all sizes and in a variety of industries. EMI holds a GSA MOBIS schedule, and has secured contracts with several federal agencies. The EMI team brings an exceptional amount of talent and experience to each project engagement. Debbie brings knowledge from over 30 years of business experience, an MBA, and an undergraduate degree in Economics. She earned a senior certification from the HR Institute, SPHR, and is certified to administer several assessment tools. Debbie also served as a former adjunct faculty member for Keller Graduate School where she taught Organization Behavior and Development courses. She has authored HR/OD articles, and has written two books; one on survivor syndrome and another on successful job search strategies. In addition to personal volunteer activities, she is active in the Society for Human Resource Management and is a member of the Organization Change Alliance. |
