| Introduction | Where do I start....I grew up in a small town in SD, called Bonesteel. I am so proud of where I grew up and I would never give up my small town childhood for anything. After 18 years on a dairy farm I headed to Springfield,MO to attend Evangel University, where I met my amazing husband. We married right after we graduated and started our journey together. Eight years later we have two amazing kiddos, opened CrossFit Republic, and have went through valley's and enjoyed the victories! |
