| Introduction | I am 45 years old. I am married to a gorgeous guy called Michael, who is one of the fittest people I have ever met. We have two beautiful daughters, Madeleine (13) and Cassandra (11). They are intelligent, strong women of the future, and I hope to be the best role model for them. I don't quite know when my journey began but I know it will go on for as long as I am alive, I believe I have the potential to continue to grow and improve every day.
