| Introduction | I have been immersed in the world of natural health/healing for just about as long as I can remember. I formalised my training with a degree in naturopathy from Trinity College of Natural Health. I started teaching Make-and-Learns as a way to share the knowledge I have and to keep researching more. I think a lot about, food, plants, herbology, health, the body, nutrition, balance, energy, healing touch and naturopathic principles. I like figuring out healthy solutions to problems a lot of us have. There are a lot of conflicting opinions out there about what is the healthiest way to live.
