Introduction	I am a young Washingtonian starting a journey into the world of baking and pastry arts. I have always loved baking, and I believe myself to be a creative and atristic individual. I want to be known for delicately beautiful cakes along with other intricate confections. I have completed a one year program for baking and pastry arts at my local community college, have been working at a small specialty bakery, and have now been accepted to attend The Culinary Institute of America in New York.
