Introduction	I love triathlon and the challenge and growth it brings me. I am passionate about teaching and delight in the smiles and enthusiasm that come with it; there is nothing like seeing a child learn something new. Their innocence and wisdom inspires me to remember what is important. I love to write, reflect and evolve.
