Published author of two best seller Amazon books: "keep Loving,Keep Living, No Quitting" (2021) and "Almost Home"(2022) A former surgeon, director of a residency program and chief of department in his hospital, Dr. Carl J. Sarnacki has totally dedicated himself to the practice of acupuncture and the public understanding of American Acupuncture. He has been trained in traditional oriental acupuncture as well as hand, scalp, and French auricular acupuncture. Dr. Sarnacki incorporated these various modalities of acupuncture with Western medicine and Western living to administer what is now called American Acupuncture. Carl J. Sarnacki M.D is the past president of the Acupuncture Society of Michigan and former director of the Acupuncture Institute of Michigan until retirement in 2013. He was also a member of the American Academy of Medical Acupuncture and the International College of Electro therapeutics. He is also a past member of the Academy of Medical Directors. He received national and state honors and served as the president of the National Medical and Dental Association and in Who's Who.. Dr. Sarnacki continues to give lectures and radio health commentaries and has written two best seller books on Amazon 2021 and 2022. Dr. Sarnacki graduated from the University of Michigan and Wayne State College of Medicine. He was happily married to his wife of 63 years (until her death 2021), has six children, 22 grandchildren, and nine great grandchildren.
