| Introduction | My name is Mr. Abdul-Fattah Haidari, the founder and director of Shindand Women Social Foundation (SWSF). I founded SWSF for the purpose of empowering our women in Shindand District of Afghanistan. There are many challenges of working in rural communities, neverthelss my organization has worked hard to make small gains for women empowerment and development.
