| Introduction | Richard and I met while working at ANASAZI Foundation and got married 6 months later in 2003. We both work in the helping professions. Richard is a therapist and administrator at La Europa Academy, a residential treatment center for teenage girls. I am a contracted employee of Arbinger Institute. I work very part-time teaching seminars on relationships and offering personal coaching. My number one and favorite job is mothering our two beautiful daughters, Kaya (Aug. '05) and Sadie (Jan. '08). Together we love mountain biking, hiking, traveling, and playing games. Richard also loves road biking, snowboarding, basketball, golf, and watching ESPN. My other favorite hobby is making ceramics.
