| Introduction | In my 60's, went thru the Make "Love not War" era, was part of the gay influx into SF in the 70's, danced to Disco, sat next to Devine in a frequented bar in SF, turned over and set fire to police cars after Dan White got away with murder of Harvey Milk and Mayor Mosconi, marched in the Gay Parade, fell in lust, love and loss of love, had four beautiful children, been divorced, had a mentor, had fun, met the man of my dreams..today my best friend and brother, saw the beginnings of AIDS, lost a lover to AIDS, went from not having much worth to heading technology teams to create new and exciting products for finance in corporate world, lived at the Russian River, was a craps dealer in Las Vegas, chose the mother of my children, a kindred spirit, moved from Norfolk to Asbury Park, to Las Vegas, back to Asbury Park, to Berkeley CA to SF, back to Alexandria Virgina to Washington DC and then to Norfolk VA. Tried to commit suicide twice. Lost my sister when she was 39, have four other siblings that I adore, four successful children with one princely grandson, retired and am having the time of my life. |
