| Introduction | Friends of Bolivia began when Mr. Rafael Elias was asked in 1992, by a friend in Bolivia, if he could help find and ship some medicines for the needy in a poor area of northern Bolivia. This initial donation generated an awareness that ongoing help for the poor of Bolivia was urgently needed. In 1993, Rafael incorporated Friends of Bolivia in Oklahoma City, OK, USA. |
