| Introduction | I am a stay at home mommy to 4 great kiddos and have been happily married for 8 yrs. I love being a mom but I lost track of taking care of me in the process. I have started focusing on eating healthier, exercising, and incorporating a healthier lifestyle into our whole family. Family walks are now a part of our evening routine.
