Introduction	I am a business analyst, college graduate, wife, daughter, and friend. My wonderful marriage has led me to 40 lbs of extra weight in the past 3 years! I am starting my journey at 208.6 lbs, wearing 16's and 18's. Something I swore I would never do or reach that high of a weight and here I am. I am ready to take control and stay out of the sweets! My plan will include counting calories and fat grams along with exercise. We don't have kids yet, so I would like to become healthy before getting pregnant, I am 28 yrs old, not getting any younger!
