Introduction Grain-free and Sugar-free! I am a food lover with Celiac and Lyme Disease. I limit my diet to the healthiest of foods-- but i have a serious sweet tooth and love good food. I get creative replacing flour with nut flour, coconut flour and beans for baking. I don't eat sugar, soy, or grains...but you wouldn't know it if you ate my food :-)
