Introduction	I currently own my own business selling highly discounted dental, health and financial protection benefit plans to individuals and businesses who struggle with cost and coverage issues in these challenging times (see my Affordable Benefits link above). Previously, I spent 14 years as a senior executive for large international consulting firm helping clients manage their career, and enhance their leadership and communication skills. Prior to that I want a executive search consultant for six years. I also currently consult to companies and individuals about career transition and managment, and sales and leadership effectiveness. In my spare time I am a varsity football coach for a private college preparatory high school; and love it. I am married with a nine year old daughter who is the joy of my life. Overall, I enjoy serving people and enabling them to excel in their chosen endeavors.
Interests	Football (playing viewing and coaching), fly fishing, biking and my church.
Favorite movies	I like a wide variety of flicks from John Wayne to John Candy. I enjoy silly humor and action. I also like to view Pixar films with my eight year old daughter.
Favorite music	Bruce Spingsteen and other traditional iconic rock and roll artists.
Favorite books	History, biographies and sports stories.
