| Introduction | I am from New England where I live with my fiance and my 2 year old daughter. I have had an interest in fitness for nearly 14 years and I consider it a lifestyle. I workout daily and it is my passion. I love guiding people to lose weight and make them feel good in their own skin. I love to incorporate interval and strength training and core stability movements. I offer in home training sessions and post baby workouts to get a new mother her body back in shape after having a baby. I love taking my workouts outside, pending the weather conditions! I was diagnosed with Lupus SLE in 2002 and have had to overcome two major flares. I maintain my health through clean eating by consuming fresh fruits and vegetables and lean meats and drinking plenty of water. Food shouldn't be entertainment, it should be used as fuel. It is certainly amazing how processed foods and junk foods can do silent damage to your body. Your body is a reflection of what you eat.
