| Introduction | I have had an interest in photography since my high school years. Since 2001, I have rekindled my interest in railroading and capturing images of trains and their crews in various locations. This rekindling began when I spent some time at the Fullerton Amtrak station with my then one and a half year old daughter one September Saturday afternoon while waiting for my wife to finish her class for the day. Since then, I have made a lot of friends who share similar interests and have enjoyed their company at the Fullerton Amtrak station and on various outings to other railroad locations in California. I also belong to a model railroad club--N-trak Express. N-trak Express is a modular railroad club which is based on N-trak standards. We set up our layout at various train shows around Southern California. This blog, therefore, will mostly reflect these hobbies with an occasional influx of non-rail images from time to time. After all, my photography isn't just about trains. I hope you enjoy the blog. |
