| Introduction | I got the name for my blog from one of my aprons which says "Le vrai chef c'est moi mefiez vous des imitations." This translates to the true chef is me, watch out for the impostors. I cook and bake from scratch. A lot of times, I invent dishes. I believe creativity is the main foundation behind cooking. You have to take risks to discover new flavors, pairings, and dishes.
