| Introduction | Michael and Annie met back in 2002 at the Wildland Firefighter Apprentice Academy. After going back to their separate forests, they got back in touch in April 2005 when Annie made the move to the Eldorado National Forest where Michael was working. After the beautiful Isabella was born, Michael finally decided to ask Annie out. And she said no. LOL, not because she wasn't interested, but because of the short notice, it was logistically hard for a single mother. A couple days later, Annie wanting to show her interest, called and asked Michael out, he said yes! Their first date was supposed to be on Wednesday night, but Wednesday morning Annie called Michael and instead of telling him how excited she was about their date, told him she was sending him to Nevada for a fire. Well the good news is that 2 weeks later they finally got that date and the rest is history. Marriage, buying a house, and welcoming their 2nd beautiful daughter Arianna, they are so excited to see what the future has in store for their family. Who knows...getting a dog...trying for that boy... um well, why don't we go for a boy dog! |
