| Introduction | Mike is the president of Leading Edge Solutions, Inc., a consulting firm working with small businesses and individuals. Prior to Leading Edge Solutions, Mike served as president of Szarka Financial, a regional financial planning firm in North Olmsted, Ohio. Under his leadership, Szarka's gross revenue grew six-fold, and the brand became recognized throughout the entire northeast Ohio market. Prior to his more than eighteen years at Szarka, Mike was a vice president in the Retail Banking Group of KeyCorp, a large national banking company, where he served in various leadership roles for twenty-five years. Mike’s leadership and team-building skills produced teams that were recognized nationally for their best practices, innovation, high level of customer service, proficiency with complex technologies and ability to generate significant incremental revenues. Mike is frequently requested to speak to job seekers groups and has counseled over 2000 people in transition regarding their job search strategies.
