| Introduction | Yay! Two of my short stories and a poem were picked up! This coming September, 2009 my story "Cicadas" will be featured in House of Horror Issue #4. Also, "Pink Clouds in the Morning" will be in Liquid Imagination's Issue #4. My haiku, "Mother's Joy" will be in Mused: BellaOnline's Literary Review in the 2009 Fall Equinox issue. My baby, Amaz and Grace, is still patiently awaiting an agent. I am also in the process of rewriting its sequel. The first was lost in a shattered laptop. Yep...not a happy camper. I had actually shelved this idea, until I started trying to polish Amaz and Grace, as I did, the story came back to me. So, it is currently under development in my head. Its sequel doesn't insult the reader, and I've stayed true to these characters that have been tingling around my mind for the better of six years now. Let's see, I have "the football book" as I refer it. A small town love story set against a football stage. The basic structure is complete, but needs some serious polishing. Young adult, all the way. |
