Introduction I am nearing the end of the Mount St. Mary experience, hopefully the last time I'll have to attend school to learn a craft and not simply learn something aesthetic or illuminating in its own right, something you would like to learn simply to learn about it, not to do something with it. I live in a condo in Middletown, my own sanctuary, which my children visit periodically with their warm smiles. I love to travel, wish I had done more in my life, but there's still time. I never met a cup of coffee I didn't like, even better when it is accompanied by a vibrant and connecting conversation. Enough of this babble for now.
Interests Hiking, kayaking, golf, football, baseball, art, theater, concerts
Favorite Movies Cinema Paradiso, You Only Live Twice & All James Bond movies (what can I say, male child of the sixties), Gladiator, Wuthering Heights, Schindler's List, many more
Favorite Music Love all kinds of music except country Current faves are Coldplay, Foo Fighters, and Counting Crows. But I loved Luther Vandross(RIP), and love R & B, Motown, and good old fashioned rock n'roll
Favorite Books Love all historical bio's and financial books, such as Greenspan's recent book. Ajahn Brahm's Who Ordered This Truckload of Dung is great, as is Broken Open by Elizabeth Lesser. Generally prefer any non-fiction to fiction.

What is your favorite way to spend a rainy day?
