| Introduction | I live by myself on several acres in the Blue Ridge Mtns. of North Carolina. Rural and private. I'm making a effort to homestead. Growing food, heating with wood, reusing, repurposing then recycling what little is left. Can't see a neighbor from my house (but know they are there if needed) Its almost a mile down the mountain to the mail box and paved road. Walmart is a 46 mile trip that I do at least once a month whether I need to or not. LOL |
