| Introduction | I am a happily married mother of two children, and stepmother to one step-daughter. I have the most amazing husband - Jeff, who has supported me through the thick and thin of our life together. Our 2-yr-old spitfire daughter, Maryn, is incredible - she constantly makes me laugh and smile. She gave me the gift of motherhood and saved my life while breastfeeding (when I found my cancer). Our 8-month-old son, Ryland, has given me yet another reason to win this fight - through 5 months of chemo while pregnant, I had a light shining at the end of the tunnel. He is an absolute dream, and I am amazed by him every time I look at my chemo-kid. I also have a very intelligent and entertaining 15-yr-old step-daughter, Kaitlin, who is getting older and older by the minute! Before we know it she'll be in her 30's. |
