| Introduction | My name is Mickey, and I’m a classically French trained Chef. I have my Bachelors of Science in Culinary Management and I did a temporary stint at Law School. I have been a chef at a variety of restaurants but predominately ran the Front of the House (dining room), I have also taught Culinary Arts. I took a temporary summer job as Human Resources, which I ended up loving and stopped teaching and being a professional chef to stay in my current job! My husband and I are planning on relocating to Saint Croix for at least a year! |
