| Introduction | Jarmer has a BA in directing from Arizona State University and an MA in English from Fort Hays State University. She is an instructor of composition and rhetoric at Danville Area Community College, the Director of the DACC Writing Center, and the faculty adviser for Waiting for Rain. She is the recipient of the Dorothy Duley Endowed Chair in Liberal Arts and is currently working on editing a book on presidential rhetoric. Her professional affiliations include NCTE, CWPA, CLRA, IWCA, Phi Theta Kappa, and Phi Rho Pi. |
