| Introduction | Hello. My name is Lisa. Since I fell in love with the baker, I fell in love with baking. Currently, one could say that I am the baker’s apprentice. These days I focus mainly on naturally leavened breads, but I am anxious to explore the world of baking in its entirety and to discover all its little secrets. I love the sensations of all our different senses. I love beauty. Little things. Details. That is where my passion for baking and cooking, photography, music, the arts in general, and yoga is rooted.
