Introduction	Hello. My name is Lisa. Since I fell in love with the baker, I fell in love with baking. Currently, one could say that I am the baker’s apprentice. These days I focus mainly on naturally leavened breads, but I am anxious to explore the world of baking in its entirety and to discover all its little secrets. I love the sensations of all our different senses. I love beauty. Little things. Details. That is where my passion for baking and cooking, photography, music, the arts in general, and yoga is rooted. Finding beauty in the world and living the moment is what drives me.
