| Introduction | 43 year old Male, well traveled and college educated with many interests and at one time very Type A, ambitious, & hard driven. I had a very bad accident with my motorcycle at 17 in which I broke my back. After pushing myself in college, work, and play I crashed hard and in 1990 I fell into a troubled sleep, 20 hours a day for two months...the end result was a sleep disorder that has changed my life in every way. |
