| Introduction | I thought it would be fun to try and critique a recipe from The Boston Globe's Wednesday Food section each week. There's a feature each week titled, Seasonal Recipes: What to Cook this Week. I will pick a recipe from that section (usually an entree, because really, aren't we always wondering what's for dinner?), try it on my family, and write about the ease of preparation and if my family liked it. |
