| Introduction | Welcome to the Heart & Sole Running Club Blog! We are a diverse group of runners who all have one thing in common- a love of running. While we love setting PR's, chasing down the competition and pushing ourselves in training, we don't ever take our running too seriously. We are all about running for the love of running. And we love to throw in some laughs and socialize in between! Our club is open to all levels and abilities- from the runner training for their first 5k to the marathoner.
