| Introduction | Please allow me to introduce myself. For those of you who don’t know me, my name is Sandra Osborne and I’m a devoted holistic health practitioner. I completed my professional yoga designation at Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health in Lenox, Massachusetts (www.kripalu.org) and Vancouver, Canada. In addition, I have been teaching yoga and mindfulness practice for nearly 20 years. I hold a Bachelors degree in Communications (minor: Kinesiology) from Simon Fraser University, Canada (www.sfu.ca) and a M. A. in Counseling Psychology from the University of Hawaii (www.hilo.hawaii.edu). With great enthusiasm, I also completed the Master Gardener’s program at the College of Tropical Agriculture and Human Resources (CTAHR) here in East Hawaii. |
