Introduction	Of all my interests that have come and gone over the years, there are two things that have always remained constant: my love for both adventure and notebooks. Interestingly enough, these things go hand in hand. Like most kids growing up, I had a wild imagination, but it was the day that that imagination hit a blank page that my love for writing began. To this day, I still love the rush I get when an idea for a new adventure comes along. I hunt down my notebook, favourite pen and often take off outside to one of my favourite quiet spots where I can create my own worlds to my heart's content. Every now and then I come across 'The Abandoned,' my half empty notebooks and unfinished paragraphs that make a mosaic of ideas. In reading these I am always reminded of the passion deep inside of me that continues to propel me forward. My hope is that through random tidbits, this blog will present my ideas, invite constructive criticism and encourage me to grow in my endeavours. Whether I will ever be successful, I cannot say, but I will continue to write with a hunger for adventure and a notebook tucked in my back pocket.
