| Introduction | I am Sujith Rajapaksha, a graduate of Wayamba University of Sri Lanka, where I completed a Second-Class Upper Division Honours Degree in Accountancy and Business Finance. I am currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at London Metropolitan University (UK) to strengthen my expertise in business management and leadership. I am a passed finalist of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka and the Institute of Chartered Management Accountants of Sri Lanka, and I am currently completing the final stage of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. I am also following a Diploma in Business Analytics at the Associate Accounting Technicians of Sri Lanka. Currently, I serve as the Chief Financial Officer at Diana Group of Companies, with over 14 years of professional experience, I have led financial restructuring, finance management, SAP implementation, debt management, and strategic business transformation projects. This blog has been developed as part of my MBA studies to explore strategic human resource management practices and their impact on organizational success. |
