| Introduction | Began playing the cello in 2008, aged 28, acting on a deep-seated whim and guided by a vague but strong sense that it would allow for the exploration of a certain relationship between mind and body. Realizing that her daily walks were now devoted less to thinking about writing and more to humming melodies using her footsteps as a metronome, she thought about exploring a new relationship between word & music by writing about the cello--directly and tangentially. |
