| Introduction | Features editor of food magazine by day, blogger by night. Pinch of Salt is a place to enthuse about London's food scene - the random, the novel, the cake-based. Supper clubs, pop-ups, markets, events & great cafes where the coffee doesn't taste like burnt bin juice. There are plenty of excellent restaurant reviewers in the blogosphere, so while I write reviews from time to time, that's not Pinch of Salt's main focus. Give me a gooey brownie and a well-made flat white over hushed temples of haute cuisine anyday. As part of my day job I am lucky enough to meet interesting food producers and talented cooks. I love collecting people's family recipes so expect to see some of them on Pinch of Salt too.
