Introduction	I am a woman approaching 58 years old and really feeling my age. I am overweight. Obese by the latest standards. I think they should have a grading system on that like dress sizes. Obese 1, obese 2, obese 3, etc. Well I am obese 1, by my rules anyway. I have high Cholesterol, high blood pressure, hypothyroidism, Arthritis, chronic headaches, frequent acid reflux, foot problems, and most recently...diverticulitis. I am tired all the time and feel like I am a hundred years old. The I-do is gone from my libido and I feel like I am sick all of the time. Thank God for my sense of humor or no one would want to be around me. I was told several times by psychics that I would die when I was 65. I have been ok with that. Now that 60 is closing in, I decided to raise the bar to 100. Well if I want to live that long, I better make some radical changes.
Interests	Gourmet cooking, food and nutrition, herbs - both culinary and medicinal.
Favorite movies	Avatar, Mirror has Two Faces, The Notebook,Blast from the Past
Favorite music	Loreena McKennett, B-Tribe, Enigma, Chris Spheeris - but I am a sucker for classic Rock-and-roll, ragtime and the blues.
Favorite books	Eat, Pray, Love.
