| Introduction | I started this blog when I moved to Paris in 2009 to re-train as a pastry chef at ESCF Ferrandi and write about my experiences there. After spending a few years living and working in London, I now call Dublin my home and the blog now encompasses all things food related. The name of the blog is inspired by the name which Linguini gives to Remy in the film "Ratatouille" :) |
