Introduction	Hi everyone, I am Starla Garcia, a cross-country and distance runner (5k and up)for the University of Houston. My major is Nutrition. I plan to become a Registered Dietitian so that I can be fully certified to give out clear and helpful dietary advice. My food philosophy is to fuel for performance, but always keep it fun! No food is bad or off limits, there's always a time and place for some cake with ice cream!
