Introduction	Opening up scares me. I'm much more content with listening than with speaking up. I’m more likely to observe then volunteer. I’m anxious about trying new things, though I love learning and doing new things. I’m a bit of a perfectionist, wanting to do things perfectly the first time. However, despite my anxieties I have found that my greatest joys have resulted from moving outside my comfort zone. I strongly believe that progression brings happiness.
