Introduction	Yes I am fat and forty plus........ Forty eight to be exact. In my twenties and thirties I was slim and happy ......then when I hit 40 the weight hit me just on my tummy then my thighs and then just everywhere ..... I think the only things not fat are my feet and hands ...... the rest well just growing. But all change I’m taking control I don’t want slide into my 50’s growing. I’m on a great site called Fabulously40 and I have made some amazing friends and together we are all battling the bulge and using Spark People...... So every day I have been blogging about what’s happening and the ongoing battle of the bulge...
