Introduction	Hello, and welcome to our blog! We are a doctor, a nurse, and a baby, and we are most concerned with loving and obeying our Savior Jesus Christ. For us that means using our medical training to help spread the gospel in places that do not know of our Lord. Our first trip to Togo was for about 2 months in 2010, and we are excited to be able to return in Jan. and Feb. of 2013. This trip will have it's own challenges though, as Stephen will have more responsibility (since he is nearly finished with his residency), and Lisa will be mostly keeping track of our 17 month old! This is something that we believe the Lord wants us to do as a family. We are motivated by God's grace in our lives, and wanting to make sure others have the chance to hear of that same grace. We will be using this trip to help us make a decision about where God wants us to go full time in the future. Please follow along with us, feel free to leave comments, and most of all - pray for God to be honored and for more people to learn of His grace!
