Introduction	I am a victim of GERD, a.k.a. Gastro-Esophageal Reflux Disease. I am a husband, father, grandfather, and Christian. Professionally, I am a consultant, software company executive, and frequent seminar leader. I believe in and participate in healthy living routines. I have been an avid runner for 25+ years and enjoy hiking and cycling. I also practice healthy eating and attempt to eat mostly fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. I have suffered from GERD my entire life and struggle on a daily basis to control its effects on my daily routine and health. This blog is a simple attempt to help others who suffer from this disease. Other helpful information and resources are also provided.
