| Introduction | Born in Borgess hospital and educated by the KPS system and KVCC. Louis is a member of The ACLU, The NAACP, NORML. Publicly, he will stand up for the %75 of voters who supported the Medical Marijuana Act and would like to thank Fred Upton for supporting this issue. Louis is Currently a resident of the Vine Historical District. At age 22 Louis has volunteered for Veterans For Safe Access, CARES, and The MMMA. He created a Kalamazoo county chapter of NORML and is the founder and director of KzooCPCL, a local coalition pursuing a charter amendment in 2010. Holding solid values that support equality, personal liberty, environmental preservation, a right to health-care and career stability, Stocking has visions of positive change throughout Kalamazoo. |
