Favorite movies	Most of our Writers have been in the bar business for over 5 years, some as many as 15.
Favorite music	We are all professionals in the service Industry and pride ourselves in our craft and our level of hospitality. This site is for us to get together through an online forum to share what we are learning, working on, or need help with. We know that we do not know everything, but make it our mission to learn as much as we can in order to become the best that we can be. This blog is an online diary of that adventure. In this blog you will find tasting notes, product sharing, how to blogs, comical stories from our nightly adventures, and even a place for us to vent. After all when you serve a couple hundred people a night and eighty percent of them are intoxicated you too will develop a large library of stories and frustrations.
