What reason do you have to believe the earth is flat?
When one looks across the Earth, one does not see curvature. The evidence I have directly seen shows the earth to be flat. More specifically, being an mind-body idealist solipsist, the Earth is all in my head anyway, so it's flat because I say it is. So *thhpt* :P.
